- 30-day money-back guarantee. Ask within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, on any plan, including Lifetime.
- Cancel anytime. Monthly and Annual plans renew until you cancel. Once you cancel, you won't be charged again.

Prices are in US dollars. Payments go through Stripe Checkout: your card details go to Stripe, never to us. What each plan includes is on the pricing page.
The 30-day money-back guarantee
- If Accounting Exercises isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first payment for a plan. We'll refund that payment in full.
- It covers every plan: Monthly, Annual and Lifetime.
- You don't need to give a reason.
- When the refund is made, the plan ends and the premium lessons close. Your practice record and any certificates you've claimed stay.
- The refund goes back to the card or payment method you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
How to ask for a refund
Email [support email] from the address on your account, or include it in your message, and say you'd like a refund. That's all we need. We'll reply to confirm once the refund is on its way.
How to cancel
- Sign in and open Plan from the account menu.
- Open the plan-management page. It is Stripe's secure customer portal.
- Choose to cancel your plan.
After you cancel, you won't be charged again. Your plan stays active until the end of the month or year you've already paid for, then the premium lessons close. Cancelling doesn't refund the current period by itself; if you're within 30 days of your first payment, ask for a refund as well.
Renewals
- Monthly and Annual plans renew automatically at the end of each period and charge the card on file, until you cancel.
- To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date shown on your plan-management page.
- The money-back guarantee covers your first payment for a plan, not later renewals. If a renewal charge looks wrong to you, write to us and we'll look into it.
- If a payment fails, Stripe may try again. If it still can't be collected, the plan may end.
Lifetime
Lifetime is one payment of $179 with no renewals. It is covered by the same 30-day guarantee. Lifetime access lasts for as long as we run Accounting Exercises, and includes lessons we add later.
Before you dispute a charge
Please write to us first. A refund from us is usually quicker than a dispute through your bank, and it keeps your account in good standing.
